When I asked if there was a problem, he said, "No, but humor me and add some men to your teams next year." There were twenty plus teams assigned to my service areas which included Outreach and Missions and all of them were productive. I have never made secret that central to my work invests in women and children. That has not changed, so please don't ask, "Oscar, do you know any men?" You have to know me to know the answer to that question.
